Who we are

My name is Donna. I am a parent to special needs children and have been navigating Disability services for over 20 years. Since the establishment of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), I have worked as a Plan Manager in both small and large businesses, as well as in the NDIS call centre! I am utilising those skills learnt to streamline the administrative pressures on families and Participants by branching out on my own and becoming a registered Plan Management provider.

NDIS plan management is a service where a registered provider helps participants manage their NDIS funding, pay providers, monitor budgets, and provide financial reporting, giving participants more choice and flexibility when using their plan.
